2. Repair Services

All repair and IT services are subject to the following terms:

• A free initial diagnosis is offered for all devices brought to our workshop. No repair work will be carried out without the customer's prior consent and agreement to a confirmed quote.
• Quoted prices are estimates based on the diagnosed issue. If additional faults are discovered during repair, the customer will be contacted and given the option to proceed, adjust the scope of work, or decline.
• Agra Repairs accepts no liability for data loss. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting any device for repair. We will take reasonable care to preserve data but cannot guarantee its recovery in all circumstances.
• Repaired devices are covered by a 90-day workmanship guarantee against the same fault. This does not cover new or unrelated faults, physical damage, or issues arising from misuse after the device is returned.
• Uncollected devices held for more than 30 days after the customer has been notified of completion may be subject to storage charges.

3. No Fix, No Fee

Where we are unable to resolve the reported fault, no charge is made for labour. This guarantee applies to the specific fault described at the time of submission. Diagnostic time for complex hardware faults may in some cases attract a nominal fee; this will always be disclosed before work begins.
