This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding payment, refunds, and our No Fix, No Fee guarantee for services provided by Agra Repairs, 11 Winchester Rd, Burnham-on-Sea, TA8 1HY, UK.
We operate a No Fix, No Fee policy for the vast majority of repair services. This means that if we are unable to resolve the reported fault, you will not be charged for our labour time. This guarantee applies to the specific fault described at the time you submit your device.
If a fault is identified during diagnosis and we determine that a repair is technically possible but not economically viable (for example, where the cost of parts would significantly exceed the value of the device), we will inform you and no charge will be made unless you choose to proceed.
Initial diagnostics are offered free of charge for most devices. In cases where extensive diagnostic work is required — for example, complex motherboard-level investigations or data recovery assessment on failed drives — a nominal diagnostic fee may apply. This will always be clearly stated and agreed with you before any such work begins. This fee is not refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
Where parts have been sourced and installed as part of a completed repair, the cost of those parts is non-refundable unless the part itself was faulty or incorrectly installed. All installed parts are covered by our 90-day workmanship guarantee (see Section 5).
If you believe that work carried out was not completed to a satisfactory standard, or that the fault you reported has not been resolved, please contact us within 7 days of collecting your device. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 working days of agreement.
All completed repairs are backed by a 90-day guarantee against the same fault recurring due to our workmanship. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we will re-examine and re-repair at no charge. This guarantee does not cover:
While we take every reasonable care to preserve your data during a repair, Agra Repairs cannot be held liable for data loss. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting a device for repair. No refund will be issued solely on the grounds of data loss where backup advice was not followed, unless the data loss was caused by negligence on our part.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
