Agra Repairs was established in 2016 by Adam Reynolds, a certified IT technician who grew tired of seeing customers overcharged or given unnecessary replacements. His founding principle was simple: diagnose honestly, price fairly, and only recommend what's genuinely needed.

Today, we're a small team of three dedicated professionals serving Burnham-on-Sea and the surrounding Somerset area. We work with individuals, families, and small businesses — all with the same commitment to transparency and quality.

From a one-person operation run out of a home workshop to a trusted local repair shop serving hundreds of customers a year, here's how Agra Repairs developed.

2016

Founded by Adam Reynolds

Agra Repairs began as a freelance repair service, operating from a home workshop in Burnham-on-Sea with a focus on PC and laptop hardware.

2018

First workshop space

Growing demand led to the opening of a dedicated workshop on Winchester Road, allowing for better equipment and faster repair turnarounds.

2020

Team expands to three

Gemma Clarke joined as Software & Security Specialist, followed by Tom Baxter in customer support — allowing us to handle more complex jobs and improve response times.

2022

Over 1,000 repairs completed

We reached the milestone of 1,000 completed repairs, with a consistently high customer satisfaction rating. Our business referrals now account for over 60% of new enquiries.

2026

Expanded service offering

We expanded our service range to include business IT support contracts, backup solution setup, and remote diagnosis for clients across Somerset.
